1974 DIET INGREDIENTS "FOOD IS MEDICINE"

 STARTED @ AGE 5.5  (1974) AND CONTINUES TO PRESENT DAY AND ALL IN BETWEEN...... 

1. no artificial colors or flavors

2. no sugar or high fructose corn syrup or blood glucose increasing sweeteners

3. no BHA or BHT

4. no white bread

5. no partially hydrogenated oils

6. No alcohol or drugs except tiny cup of coffee in the morning - Sober today..


*  PLUS MODERN DAY ENHANCEMENTS :  Starting 1999-ish

-- 80-120 ounces of water per day,  Berkey filtered only - even when traveling.

-- Naturally eating extremely low carb diet to begin with

no yeast, no gluten,..... the majority of "gluten free" foods have yeast in them.

-- no industrial seed oils.  tons of berries for fruit, mostly blueberries some strawberries, raspberries and choke berries found in the wild

-- fish, (mostly anchovies, water packed sardines, fresh wild salmon and tuna) 

-- Meat from  only ruminating land animals - vegan animal meat produced from them eating grasses etc.

 All while  cycling on a Keto and calorie restricted intermittent fasting situation (16-22 hours, 7 - 18 days per month) never eating less than 12 hours later after the prior days meal is done. 


 *  morning  written Grateful Journal


* Daily yoga Nidra , sometimes with cycles of 2-3 times per day 2-3 weeks in a row which will  then  produce organic DMT experience,  (internal chanting during meditative practices).


* Deep breathing when i remember. 3-7 days water fast once a year or twice a year.  24 hour fast a few times per year. 


* Workout no less than 1 hour per day all muscles groups every other day and heavy aerobic on opposite days many TIMES both on same day.


* Esoteric supplementation that has evolved over the last 45 years. 25-30 of them.


* The very first  SAMADHI state of awareness   was at 5 or 6  years of age and may have been some sort of cosmic safety valve predicated by said childhood wickedness. (another 35  years to realize the significance) 


* LUCID DREAMING since at least age 5 and did not learn what it was  until after reading the book "Lucid Dreaming" inside federal prison, at age 24..... when ever asking adults when i was very young in the 1970's about being awake during my dreams they always poo pooed it saying its not possible or your crazy.  Flying in  dreams is best feeling.
